Our house has changed!
This is how our house looked just after it was finished.

Here it is after we had rocks and grass laid and two sides of the fence put in.

And here it is now with trees and the rest of the fence. (maybe someday we will have some flowers)

We are pleased with how it turned out. It's so nice having our own home!

I was tagged
I was tagged by Christine Peterson, but rather than tag someone else, I think I will just post my answers. That way, if anyone is interested in answering the questions too, you are welcome to. Enjoy.

Swimming lessons
I decided this summer, it was time to put the 3 kids in swimming lessons. The first day they weren't quite sure they wanted to swim without their life jackets, but they have all really enjoyed it! Here are some videos to show you how they are doing.
This is Joseph and then Isaac

And here is Kate
Sorry about my talking and comments in the background. ;)

Teeth!
Here in the Bartlett house some of us are losing teeth, some are growing teeth and some are trying to pay for the work that was done on their teeth! And Nate is glad he has never had a cavity! It's just not fair! ;)
Here is Isaac. He lost his first tooth while he was at school in his Kindergarten class.

Here is Joseph showing off the hole from his 3rd lost tooth and he is only 5 years old.

Now Eli has 2 teeth! They came in at the same time when he was just 4 months old! Joseph was only 3 months when he got his first tooth, so I guess I should be glad Eli waited this long.

Watch out, here come those teeth.

July 3rd Fireworks at Granite High
As is tradition, we converged on the field at Granite High with the rest of the Bentley's for South Salt Lake's Freedom Fest on July 3rd. As usual, the entertainment and fireworks did not disappoint.
Eli enjoyed chilling out in the shade that the stroller provided.

Kate loved dancing to the music and eating popsicles, as her shirt attests...

Isaac kept rolling himself up in the blankets that we brought to lay out on the grass.

Joseph enjoying a moment with Grandma Bentley.

Crash Pontiac and the Hubcaps performing. Rebecca's sister Elaine and her husband Craig perform with the band. (They are on the left side of the picture)

I tried to capture a bit of the fireworks, just to see how they'd turn out.
Then I wanted to capture a bit of Eli's reaction to his first fireworks show.
We're planning on going to see Wall-E today and then buying some fireworks to set off tonight. Isaac and Joseph have been begging me for the last week to go get some fireworks. Have a happy 4th of July!
