MS Walk 2010

On Saturday, April 24th we went to the Gateway for the MS Walk. The weather could not have been better!

We all got to wear matching t-shirts for our team KrysKross. Eli refused to put his on.

the MS color is orange so I asked Isaac if he wanted to wear this hat. I'm glad he did, it keep the sun off his face and made everyone smile.

Kate rode all the way in the stroller.

Here we are getting ready to start.

Our team was the largest, so we were supposed to start the race at the front. For some reason they didn't announce that it was time to start until it was too late for ALL of us to get up there. Oh well.

The boys brought their scooters but soon got tired of them and decided to just walk.

Handsome Nate! (can you see what the lower left side of the t-shirt says?)
P.S. MS can *kiss* my---

Mom and the boys.

We made it back alive!

It was a very nice walk and felt good to support my cousin Krystie who has MS.

Joseph's big day

My birthday was two days after Nate, but we didn't get any pictures of it. Silly me. Three days after that Joseph turned 7!

We threw a "How to Train your Dragon" party.
This was the viking tablecloth we used.

The dragons were breathing fire down on us from the sky!
We ate "dragon meat" (dinosaur chicken nuggets) "dragon scales" (chips) and drank "Hero punch."

When the kids arrived they made viking swords. This is Joseph's friend Michael from school.

Then it was present time!

Tyler Newbold came.

Joseph was happy about this gift!

"dragon eggs", and treat bags.

The dragon pinata they had to fight!

Then we had cake and ice cream.

Happy, Happy Birthday

This year for Nate's birthday we made a pancake cake.
It's covered in homemade plum syrup.

for one of his presents I got him this orange water jug.

There we go, that's the right side up!

Easter Sunday

For some reason, this is the only picture I have of Easter Sunday, although it was a nice day. We watched General Conference and then went to visit my parents. I hope all of you had a nice Easter too!
